I have over 10 years of experience in real estate. I developed a real passion for this industry when I got my first apartment at age 24, and since then have became the owner/manager of several multi-family properties. My background in construction management and economics along with my certification as a licensed real estate appraiser assistant, allows me to quickly assess profitability and feasibility of every deal, particularly when it comes to investment properties. A career highlight for me was working on a foreclosed property that was completely falling apart. I am proud to say that in just four months I was able to fully restore the property to livable conditions and immediately began renting it – it felt like I was creating a community!
