About
Gregg’s passion for real estate, construction, and design was first sparked when he was just a child growing up in Harrington Park, New Jersey. In fact, some of his earliest and fondest memories include watching “This Old House” with his parents and older brother Michael. Initially, Gregg contemplated following in his father’s footsteps by pursing a career in law enforcement, and therefore obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware. After graduating, however, Gregg briefly considered becoming a teacher like his mother, and spent two years working as a Special Education Teacher’s Aide at Northern Valley Regional High School at Old Tappan. He ultimately decided to continue his legal education, and in 2009 graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law with a Juris Doctor.
Between 2009 and 2021, Gregg worked as a litigation attorney at law firms in Orangeburg, New York and Upper Saddle River, New Jersey. During that time he maintained his connection to real estate by representing contractors in construction disputes, mortgage lenders in all types of property actions, and buyers and sellers in real estate closings. While house hunting with his wife Christine in 2014, Gregg’s interest in real estate expanded to include researching different towns and neighborhoods, and evaluating listing prices through comparable property sales. After twelve years as a practicing attorney, Gregg decided to make real estate his full-time focus, joining Keller Williams Valley Realty in the fall of 2021. Gregg’s prior career as an attorney has made him detail-oriented and dedicated to the service of his clients. He believes that the role of an agent is to provide clients with professional guidance, which includes disclosing all relevant information necessary to make informed decisions. His philosophy is that hard work and candor form the foundation of any successful business relationship.
