Caren has been a full time Real Estate Professional with Marron , Gildea, and Donohue for the past 19 years.  She has been honored by the New Jersey Association of Realtors "Circle of Excellence" 15 times, attaining the "Gold Level" in  '98, '99, '02 '04, and  '07.  In 2006,  Caren attained the Platinum level. In 2009 she attained the "Silver Level". She is a lifetime member in the Distinguished Sales Club in recognition of achieving the Real Estate Million Dollar Sales Club award for over 10 years.

An active member of the NJMLS,  Caren has participated in several committees; the Professional Education Committee,  co-chairs the Realtor Recognition Committee,  Legal Education and  the Circle of Excellence Committee.

She attributes her success to a thorough knowledge of the market, her strong commitment to her customers, professionalism, as well as, attention to detail.  She takes pride in dealing with honesty and integrity.
